The Illusion of Life: A Haunting Reunion with My Deceased Father

I saw my dead father, he was alive but at the same time I knew that he is dead in reality, he was handsome with black hair sitting on a chair and waiting for food, he was in a big room. I hug him and I wanted to take a selfie with him , cause I knew that he has been dead. I didn't take the photo cause I was afraid that maybe he will not appear in the photo. he looked happy. My husband was also present in the opposite side, looking at us.
before we had seen him , my father , laid down and covered up , in a room for dead , and supposed that , this day was the conmemoration day and i thought that i must prepare memorial food

Dreams often contain symbols and emotions that are unique to the individual dreamer, so it's important to remember that dream interpretations may vary. However, based on the details you have provided, here is a possible interpretation of your dream: Seeing your dead father but knowing he is dead in reality could symbolize your longing for his presence and the desire to keep his memory alive. The fact that he looked happy can suggest that you are finding comfort in knowing that he is at peace. The big room may represent a larger space for reflection or a metaphor for exploring your thoughts and emotions surrounding your father's passing. Wanting to take a selfie with your father, but hesitating out of fear that he may not appear in the photo, could reflect your desire to capture moments and memories with him, even though you know he is no longer physically present. It might also represent your fear of losing these memories or the fear that he will fade away from your mind over time. The presence of your husband watching you and your father suggests that he supports and understands your connection to your father. His presence may also symbolize the importance of your current relationships and the harmony between your past and present. The mention of a room for the dead and the thought of preparing memorial food may suggest that you are actively engaging with your father's memory, perhaps through rituals or by preserving traditions that honor him. Overall, this dream may reflect your ongoing emotional processing of your father's death, your desire to keep his memory alive, and finding comfort in the idea that he is at peace. Take note of any personal associations or emotions that arise from this interpretation, as they may offer additional insights into the meaning of your dream.
